Where do you send the seeds?

PayPal gives us your address when you make a purchase. It's important that your postal address is up to date with PayPal, otherwise the order ends up going to the old address.

If you've noticed that your address at PayPal is not up to date, let us know right away by email. Remember the order is usually dispatched within 24 hours!

Do you ship to any country?

We ship to all countries in the world,  except Australia.

The cost of postage and packaging is the same wherever you live: £2.50 per order.

How long before my order arrives?

It takes anything from 2-10 days for your order to arrive, depending on your location. We ask you to give 14 days before notifying us that the order has not arrived.

How will my seeds arrive?

In a plain white, unmarked window envelope.

They will be bubble wrapped to help protect the seeds in transit.

How do I make a purchase?

1. go to our website.
2. choose the seed variety you'd like to buy,
3. click add to shopping cart.
4. continue shopping or click check out.
5. then it's over PayPal to take care of the rest. We do not see your credit card details.

Do you have a shop I can visit?

No. If we had, we'd have been out of business a long time ago!

How long does it take to dispatch my order?

Typically, orders are posted within 24 hours of receipt. However, during the peak season, this can take up to 48 hours.
